Noordanus AdvocatuurSummons

Summons

Upon receiving a summons for a hearing, it is advisable to urgently contact a lawyer. The summons indicates when you must appear in court, whether it is a session before a single judge (police court) or before a panel of judges (multiple judges), the charges against you, and the case number (known as the prosecutor’s number). When you call our office, please have the summons and case number ready so that we can note them immediately. With the case number, we can request the case file from the Public Prosecutor’s Office, ensuring that we have all the documents that the Public Prosecutor’s Office and the court possess. We can then advise you before the hearing and represent you during the proceedings. Regardless of where the hearing takes place, Mr. Noordanus works throughout the country.
