Art. 138 of the Dutch Penal Code

Trespassing involves entering a dwelling or enclosed space or staying therein without the owner’s permission. For example, entering a home that is not yours or entering by an ex-partner who still has a key to the house without permission. According to the law, the maximum penalty for trespassing is imprisonment for up to 1 year or a fine of the third category.
